2.1 Eligible Products

- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product must be in its original condition
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and free items that came with the product must be included
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
2.2 Ineligible Products
The following products are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Products with missing parts or accessories
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Products listed as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable software products
- Certain personal care appliances for hygiene reasons
3. Refund Process
3.1 Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return
- Explain the reason for your return request
- Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package the product securely with all original components
- Include the RAN and a copy of your invoice with the return package
3.2 Inspection Process
Once we receive your returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
3.3 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card
- Net Banking payments will be refunded to the same bank account
- UPI payments will be refunded to the same UPI ID
- Cash payments (in-store) will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
4. Refund Timeframes
Our refund process typically follows this timeline:
- Inspection Period: 1-3 business days after receiving the returned product
- Approval Notification: 1 business day after inspection
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank/Card Reflection: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
The total refund process may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned product.
5. Order Cancellations
5.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped with no penalty. To cancel an order:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Go to "My Orders" section
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" and follow the instructions

5.2 Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the product and then follow our return process as outlined in Section 3.
6. Return Shipping
6.1 Return Shipping Costs

- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Damaged During Transit: Bhagwati Home Appliances will cover the return shipping costs
6.2 Return Shipping Methods
For returns where we cover the shipping costs, we will arrange for pickup of the product from your location. For customer-paid returns, you may use any reliable courier service to return the product to our designated return address.
7. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
The following items and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Products purchased as part of a bundle or special promotion, unless the entire bundle is returned
- Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale"
- Installation or service fees once the service has been performed
- Extended warranty purchases after 30 days from the date of purchase
8. Lucky Draw Participation Fees
Participation fees for lucky draws and promotional events are generally non-refundable once you have registered for the event. However, in the following exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered:
- If the lucky draw or event is cancelled by Bhagwati Home Appliances
- If there is a significant change in the terms, prizes, or schedule of the event
- If you are unable to participate due to a documented medical emergency
Refund requests for lucky draw participation fees must be submitted within 48 hours of registration or at least 72 hours before the scheduled event, whichever comes first.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
9.1 Damage During Transit
If your product arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photographs
- Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery
- Do not attempt to use or install the damaged product
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
9.2 Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:
- Contact our customer service team to report the issue
- Provide details and, if possible, photographs of the defect
- Our team will determine if the product should be repaired, replaced, or refunded
10. Warranty Information
